Integrative Embodied Healing for Trauma

Devoted to Flowering

Elemental to my practice is the belief that all life is interconnected and healing is a process of restoring trust in the body. Through acceptance of self and circumstances, the dark and the light, the trauma and the creativity; we remember our true nature as nature. As Nkem Ndefo describes; to heal is to flower towards an alchemical resilience. To learn how to exist within an ocean rather than build a bridge over a river. Through this work you will learn to de-influence yourself from the systems and stories of control that have separated you from your body and from nature. Together, we will build somatic resources, understand the impact of trauma on our bodies, release stress through movement, and integrate new understandings of ourselves into our lives and relationships. Consider this a warm welcome and invitation to Body Poetry Space
